All winners will be notified by email or
telephone (if available) within 30 days after the closing of the contest.

every reasonable effort to notify winners. Prizes which remain unclaimed by the winner
after 30 days of notification will be forfeited.

reserves the
right to terminate a contest anytime by placing a notice within the same general area in
which the contest was announced.
Quality Carpet Care
reserves the
right to substitute prizes having an equal or greater monetary value as the prize offered
in the contest notice.
Prizes are non-refundable and
non-transferable.
Winners are responsible for any prize
obligation (taxes, shipping, handling, etc.)
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to
allow his/her name along with their City/State to be published on the Contest Page of this
website.
Quality Carpet Care
employees and
their family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.
